The accounts assistant will be tasked with the following duties.

• Database creation and maintenance for stocks.
• Setting up stock control measures.
• Carrying out monthly stock take activities.
• General warehousing duties.

Bank Reconciliation

• Stock taking.
• Preparing cash flow statements.
• Vat analysis and submission to KRA.
• Analyzing daily and monthly sales per region.
• Sales Management through DSR.
• Supervisory duties.
• Book keeping and all accounting duties.
• Management of company costs.

Stock Accountant Job Qualifications

• At least CPA III.
• Degree in Commerce (Finance & Accounts option)
• 3 years’ experience as a Stock /Inventory Accountant.
