Your Challenge

As the security supervisor, you will support the Security and Safety functions with key focus on:

• Personnel on board security- ensuring safety and duty of care for all staff /visitors and contractors at the site.
• Site protection-Involves physical security of the site and assets.
• Travel security-Ensuring staff are booked and accomodated by approved agencies and hotels.
• Security reporting-ensuring timely escalation and bookingof incidents
• Event Security-all loreal venues hosting loreal eventsare assesed and approved by security
• Crisis Management- a well structured crisis management cell is in place to deal with any kind of crisis
• Your challenge is to help drive and maintain high standards of efficiency and process excellence in supervising the above responsibility areas

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in social sciences, security management or criminology.
• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate environment handling similar function preferably in a FMCG set up.
• Thorough knowledge of local substantive and procedural laws relevant to areas of responsibility.
• Working knowledge of MS office, excel and outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
