Apollo Agriculture is seeking an Operations Designer to help them change how farmers access farm inputs, credit, and customized advice at radical scale. They are looking for someone to design, implement, and scale their repayment and collections strategy and build the repayment and collections team, ensuring that farmers understand repayment requirements and repay on time. All team members are expected to contribute across domains, so the role has nearly unlimited opportunity for growth.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Develop Apollo’s overall repayment and collections strategy in collaboration with Apollo’s leadership team. This includes everything from designing, field testing, and owning the execution of repayment campaigns, to continuously reviewing trends in repayment and collections and working with other teams to collaboratively drive up repayment rates
• Build and implement systems and incentives to help customers stay current on their loans and collections systems for when they do not, with a keen eye towards tracking at risk groups. This includes designing and building the systems to respond to collections issues and developing fraud prevention processes
• Build, manage, and motivate the repayment and collections team as the team and organization grows

Desired Candidate Profile

Does this Sound Like You?

• You have between 2-10 years of work experience in loan servicing and collection. This can be at a digital lending platform, alternative lender, or MFI working in operations, product, marketing, servicing and collections, or other related functions
• You have experience designing and executing a servicing and collection strategy, conducting analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to inform decision-making, and, over time, managing a team
• You have excellent project management skills and are able to build and maintain great client relationships
