    Officer.Facilities Management

    Job description

    Plan, implement and supervise administration of Company facilities, Offices premises upkeep, office inventory, relocation and general office utilities service administration to ensure the business needs are met at optimised cost so as to meet regulatory standards & requirements while ensuring all section documents are properly maintained and easily retrievable.

    • Standards, Procedures and Contracts
      • Ensures all section documents and contracts are properly maintained, filed and accessible
      • Coordinate the preparation & implementation of cleaning schedules for the Offices in liaison with the 3rd party service providers.
    • Housekeeping
      • Supervise cleaning services for the organization.
      • Supervise gardening (indoor and outdoor) and grounds maintenance for the organization
      • Supervise fumigation and pest control services in the organization
      • Coordinate office relocation/movement to internal users
    • Compliance
      • Keep key inventory of office keys as per company key management policy
      • Establish quality standards in provision of office services
      • Ensure timely payment for all services procured, rents, utility bills
      • Updating Section Depository folder
      • Develop & maintain a sectional contract depository folder for record and ease of access to the business.
      • Ensure all documents are properly kept and accessible to the business
    • Safety
      • Ensure safe office environment suitable for operarions.
      • Report any unsafe or insecure operational and working environment for corrective action
      • Customer service
      • Establish internal feedback mechanism for users
      • Collate tasks from stakeholders and channel to respective teams within the section
      • Respond to customers queries as per agreed service level agreement

    Requirement

    • Diploma in Hospitality Management, property or relevant discipline.
    • Certification in Facilities Management and/or Contract Management will be added advantage.
    • 3 years minimum experience in Housekeeping/Facilities Management or Office Administration.
    • Airline experience is an added advantage.
