Job Description

Tasks

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop new markets and diversify customer base.
• Undertake regular market research to advice management on customer service levels, competitor analysis, market trends and demands forecast.
• Spearhead the branding and positioning of brand (s)
• Participation in identification of suitable products/services for target customers
• Undertake product development initiatives in liaison with the General Manager to respond to market demands
• Design and implement sales and marketing communication programs.
• Ensure synergy between sales and marketing and the production unit.
• Handle the performance management supervision and development of sales and marketing team.

Job qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing or communication from a recognized instituition
• A member of Chartered Institute of Marketing will be an added advantage
• Proven 2 year experience in sales and Marketing of bottled water
• MUST have a valid driving licence.

Other skills

• Computer literate, knowledge in digital marketing preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and an achiever.
