    Software Sales Representative

    Job Description:

    • Identification of markets and generation of leads.
    • Build a sales pipeline and conduct follow ups.
    • Build relationships with prospective and/or existing customers.
    • Product presentations and demonstration to potential customers.
    • Advise customers on best solutions in line with their business requirements.
    • Negotiation and closure of sales.
    • Respond to support issues.
    • Record support issues to service desk.
    • Submission of daily activity reports and other reports as required.

    • Communication and presentation skills
    • Problem solving
    • Technical skills
    • Customer focus

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in IT, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance
    • Good Knowledge of various business processes and financial accounts
    • Sales experience is an added advantage
