• To carry out assigned repair and replacement tasks on GSE systems and components.
• To service, maintain, repair and document maintenance activities on ground handling support equipment and motor vehicles for service delivery in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Principal Accountabilities (KEY Performance areas)

• Service, maintain and repair GH equipment and facilities for effective service delivery in a cost-effective manner.
• Asses defects on GSE and facilities perform root cause analysis and carry out corrective measures.
• Identify and requisition materials for the task at hand in order to ensure timely release and availability of GSE and other facilities for ground operations
• Perform maintenance activities, while conforming to documented safety procedures and policies, including reporting hazards, accidents and incidents.
• Adhere to KQ WAY principals and best practice

Qualifications

Qualification/ Knowledge and Experience:

• 3 years (minimum) experience, in a related field.
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Automotive/Plant)
• Valid Kenyan BCDE Driver’s License.
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of oracle-based Enterprise Asset Management. (eAM) system.
• Proficiency and experience in maintenance, planning systems.
