The Job

We have working spaces for our Cloud Team (Cloud Workers) called Delivery Hubs. It is designed to be a fun, engaging, healthy place to get work done.

• You will be a step closer to be part of this amazing team if you have a big personality to drive culture and energize the Delivery Hub team. This involves Operations team, IT team, Delivery and Project teams, and Worker experience teams. You will be a high character leader that motivates other leaders and improves overall performance of the team from top to bottom. You will lead by example in living out our CloudFactory values.
• You will be responsible for running day to day activities and long term development and improvement of the entire site.
• As the Operations Manager you will manage daily operations in our Delivery Hub, ensure safety and efficiency of the facility. You will also test and monitor Hub processes.
• You will be tasked with preparing, analyzing, issuing production and performance reports and maintaining all administrative records.
• You will ensure the company remains in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines. You will be expected to come up with ways to control costs in order to achieve company budget goals.
• You will develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
  You will determine Delivery operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses; identifying and evaluating state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
• You will maintain and improve Delivery Hub/Site operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
• You will be expected to meet Delivery Hub financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing spending plans; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• You will prepare Delivery Hub performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• You will accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years’ site/facility operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with leading large groups and shift work.
• Able to lead root cause analysis investigations.
• Proficient with Google suite - Gmail, Sheets, Docs and collaborative tools.
• Able to explain training material to our operating staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
