Graduate Trainee Intern at Altai Consulting

The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• Compile research documents.
• Hold focus groups and document the results.
• Assess needs of client.
• Exhibit the results of research in presentation format.
• Perform data entry and manage research databases.
• Conduct routine and standardized experiments in a controlled setting.
• Participate in improvement programs.
• Provide research results to help decision-making process within company or for client exploration and marketing purposes.
• Perform routine data analysis and verify and corrects data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Recent university graduates from recognized institutions with at least a Second class honors degree (A bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, or related fields. Other fields will be considered.)
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and be supervised remotely.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office software packages.
• Strong quantitative skills including knowledge of and experience working with data analysis software will be an added advantage.

Graduate Trainee Internship (3 month with a possibility of extension for those who excel.
