    Sales Accounts

    Job Responsibilities

    • Overall head of the sales department, manage and coordinate the sales team.
    • Offer guidance to clients by taking them through the products and services provided by the company.
    • Source out for the trends in the market in terms of products and events to improve on the company’s already existing ones.
    • Look for business through client face to face visits, phone calls and emailing.
    • Keep records on the sales and prospects of the company.
    • Hand in weekly reports on the performance of the Sales Department
    • To ensure that clients get to know the products and services provided by the company
    • To ensure that products and services that reach to the client are of high quality and are performed in timely manner.
    • Take any customer complaints by customers.
    • Ensure that customer requests are responded to promptly and in a proper manner.
    • Work hand in hand with the director in ensuring that all the departments in the organization run smoothly.
    • Offer advice and guidance to existing and new clients on products and services.
    • Implement during events and process clients orders.
    • Follow up using emails and face time with old and new clients.
    • Source out what is trending in the market in the product and event world.
    • Manage casual workers and guide them in their duties.
    • Hand in weekly reports on the clients that I have contacted.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
    • Experience in  Branding industry is an added advantage.
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • BS/BA degree in a business related course or its equivalent
