    Design Associate

    Job description

    About The Team

    Komaza Design Associates play a critical role on teams across all divisions of the company, including Field Operations, Business Development, Business Operations, and Technology.

    About This Role

    As a Design Associate, you are on the frontline of day-to-day operations, project and program execution, and design and implementation of new operational systems. The scope of your work will likely vary week-to-week depending on the operational and strategic priorities of the department and the company. Design Associates are smart, capable, driven generalists that are flexible to shifting operational needs and able to pivot the application of their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    What you will do

    • Conduct primary research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements
    • Design operational processes and author operational procedures
    • Develop project plans and budgets Design, test, and iterate operational processes
    • Build and launch complex data systems & quant models
    • Author and improve operating procedures and training programs
    • Lead interdisciplinary working group meetings to facilitate collaboration across departments

    What you should have

    • A Master's degree or equivalent expertise
    • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced, demanding environment of a fast-growth company, consulting firm, or financial services.
    • Strong professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Ability to produce polished deliverables in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite
    • Proven project management experience: planning, implementing, reporting
