• Taking orders and coordinating deliveries on phone
• Following up with customers on delivery and new orders
• Conduct follow up calls and relationship building
• Stock taking and monitoring the stock levels

Requirements for the Sales & Marketing Personnel

• Strong online marketting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Passionate and proactive in the field of sales and marketing
• Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing a must
