Human Resource Officer at Sian Roses

• Management of HR records: Ensure accurate records are kept and appropriate reports are compiled and presented to the HR manager.
• Payroll; Participate in payroll preparation in liaison with HR manager and finance department to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Staff onboarding: Coordinate onboarding of new staff.
• Staff welfare: Assist in handling general staff welfare- canteen, sports, staff parties etc
• Performance management; Assist in coordinate performance management process, particularly appraisal and Performance Improvement Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with one-year experience in a similar role or Diploma in Human Resource Management with two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office Suite and HR Management systems
• Good understanding of Labor laws and their application
• Effective communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience in the flower industry in a similar role will be an added advantage.
