    Direct Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Implement marketing plans
    • Maintain customer information
    • Conduct surveys
    • Generate orders
    • Handle customer complaints
    • Building Customer relationships
    • Merchandise outlets according to picture of success
    • Execute promotional activities e.g. POS, pricing and displays
    • Report information e.g. competitor activity, monthly pricing survey results.
    • Manage sales routines
    • Manage Right Execution Daily (RED) requirements
    • Prospecting & Account Development
    • Grow customer base vertically and horizontally through opening of new outlets.
    • Develop strategies to target new customers, and ensure implementation of the same.
    • Manage, renew and renegotiate terms with existing customers.
    • Generate orders from Customers and ensure that the set sales target are achieved.
    • Address all customer’s concerns/ complaints.
    • Prepare weekly competitors reports and ensure proper maintenance of the company assets.
    • Follow up customers with overdue debts and ensure that payments are done on time.
    • Supervise prospectus team and ensure targets are achieved.
    • Drive product portfolio availability and new product listing.

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Matric and relevant qualification in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
    • Valid code 08 drivers license
    • At least 3 years previous experience in FMCG industry and sales environment
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Performance driven
    • Ability to work without direct supervision
    • Customer focused
    • Selling and Marketing skills
    • Good negotiation skills
