    Operations Executive

    Job Purpose

    To lead and align the IMS Operations value chain function through the development and implementation of a functional strategy and operating model, enabling a high-performance culture, client satisfaction, reduced risk and compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements.

    Key performance area

    Process and Governance

    • Define and implement a strategy, operating model and policies for multiple value chain functions in the context of an analysed risk profile as well as relevant corporate governance.
    • Establish and optimise a total supply chain solution function.
    • Ensure alignment of operational capabilities to total supply chain solution requirements.

    Finance

    • Define and control the budget for multiple value chain functions.
    • Client/Customer
    • Integrate and align multiple value chain functions based on internal & external client requirements as well as market trends and other business intelligence.

    People

    • Align people's performance goals to support the achievement of a strategy for multiple value chain functions.
    • Support and empower people that design and implement change within multiple value chain functions.
    • Manage talent and succession.

    Qualifications required

    Qualifications Type: Relevant Bachelor`s Degrees and/or Advanced Diploma
    NQF Level: NQF Level 07

    Skills and experience required

    • 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 3 - 4 years at senior management level
    • Experience in setting up businesses in different countries
