The Knowledge Corner: As part of our growth, we have launched Propel Africa "Knowledge Corner". The #KnowledgeCorner's main goal is to provide a repository of useful, relevant and essential information for the talented African diaspora to become future entrepreneurs.

About the Role: We're looking for a Researcher and Content Writer to work on topics that contribute and drive Knowledge Corner's contents. This is a 100% remote role, where the candidate has to show a great deal autonomy and reliability with associated tasks and deliverables.

Competencies: Well-developed writing and research skills, including a deep interest and understanding of African Entrepreneurship, African Technology Startups and the continent's Venture Capital landscape. You'll be expected to research and write on articles, topics and posts relating to our mission of helping African talent launch their great ideas in the world's most fertile ground for entrepreneurs. Given that the role is remote, the candidate must show great communication skills in keeping the reporting line up-to-date.

Technical Skills:

• Essential: MS Office, Google Docs & Spreadsheets, Desk Research, Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)
• Beneficial (Good to have): Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or graphic design skills to go with releasing the publications

Language:

English - Very fluent (a must)
