• Must have atlease 8+ years leadership experience in Sales Management & Business Development for a large Manufacturing Business and should be able to handle commercial

Responsibility;

• Design, implement and optimize Sales & Marketing Strategy in line with the overall business goals
• Building and maintaining strategies for B to B and B to C business
• Identifying new markets and making plans for increasing market growthMonitor and evaluate competitor brands, products and activities for realignment of strategy
• Implement effective Business contracts and agreements for Corporate & Trade channels ensuring compliance through the sales team
• Ensuring customer satisfaction & managing teams
• Develop and cultivate a culture of performance and accountability and discipline within the department
