Tours Executive at Bunson Travel Service Limited

Overall Responsibilities:

• Management of inquiries.      
• Full coordination of the tours booking process with the respective departments.
• Handle client complaints.
• Advise on the development of relevant packages.
• Take a lead in sales and marketing services and packages offered.
• Rate negotiation with relevant suppliers.
• Arranging and organizing (FAM) trips for the tours consultant team.
• Personnel and resource management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Background education in travel and tours/ sales and marketing management.
• At least 3 – 5 years proved professional experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Independent decision maker.
• A flexible approach to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• The ability to work well under pressure and cope with emergencies.
• Multitasking and team work skills.
• High quality presentation and report writing skills.
