Their innovative suite of products seeks to satisfy a wide range of consumer needs, which provide multiple channels to increase opportunities for workers in many industries.

    We are currently looking to hire a Business Strategy Consultant who will be responsible for steering the development and growth of the clients new Cleaning Segment for Commercial Services.


    Busines Strategy Consultant - B2B


    Contract Duration - 3 Months

    The successful candidate will lead an independent ‘task-force’ of consultants and coordinate internal stakeholders in the B2B team to ensure that the framework and procedures for the new offering align with our overall business.

    Supported by a Segment Lead who will coordinate activities between the Cleaning and the Care Segment, your analysis, findings and recommendations will drive all activities for the implementation and growth of the new offering across the business.

    A bit about you:

    You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. You thrive when given the freedom to create a product-market fit, and driving a business unit to succeed. You are able to balance strategy, operations, and marketing activities easily and can manage teams in the context of uncertainty. In addition to working well with people and seamlessness networking, you learn fast, are flexible, have the ability to analyze data quickly and efficiently and have a hunger to translate complex ideas.

    Successful candidates will have all or most of these qualifications:

    • 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, operational process management, or other relevant areas;
    • Must have commercial awareness and an understanding of the business environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work in disruptive environments and deliver under high pressure and deadlines
    • Be able to problem solve, think strategically and provide innovative but practical solutions Experience working in similar markets and/or on digital e-commerce platforms is a bonus
    • Self-starting mentality and experience in crisis management and mitigation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
