    Your role should you be successful:

    • Design market strategies on new country development programs. 
    • Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, local, government regulations and business setup process. 
    • Identify new business opportunities with key industry stake holders and negotiate partnerships.
    • Formulate and implement new standards, procedures etc., relevant to the new market/country 
    • Perform competitor analysis, new partnerships negotiations; liaise with Malls & legal etc.
    • Build and manage the initial teams in the new region(s).
    • Regular international and local travel.

    Needed Qualification:

    • Proven experience in developing new retail markets, including new countries, new
    • business development, new brand development etc.
    • Sound financial management and strong analytical skills. 
    • Excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities and a focused team player are critical attributes. 
    • Strong people management, fiscal & budget preparation are prerequisites. 
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and appreciation of other cultures & values.
    • Exceptional Organization and Negotiation skill.
    • Self-motivation and autonomy.
    • Capable of working autonomously and under pressure.
