The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic passionate Telemarketing representative to contribute in generating leads, meetings & sales for our business. We are looking for the kind of person who loves connecting with people and has a passion for building relationships over time. If you feel you’re the kind of person who would love to kick on in this role, we are looking for you.

• Generating leads through networking opportunities, cold calls & distributed leads lists
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our range of product or service using scripts
• Takes incoming customer calls & processes sales in our CRM
• Query potential customers on their requirements and close sales
• Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
• Quickly modify our existing customer proposal template decks based on the customer requirement
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follow up opportunities with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Book meetings on behalf of the commercial team using our shared calendar online platform
• Use of our internal CRM to update each lead and track the performance of each lead towards closure
• Use of our online quotation booking system to quickly get estimates out to potential customers
• Daily and weekly reporting on performance based on set KPI’s
