Operations Supervisor (Sr Photo Editor) at Edu-Plus

We are looking for a Superstar – Team Leader and Coach to work with our team of Operations Associates (Photo Editors) in Nairobi, Kenya.

This is a critical function at Edu Plus Africa, ideally suited for a technically-savvy, detail-oriented individual who will assure that our Homes Listings meet our standards and are both engaging, and accurate.

What you’ll do:

• Ensuring a compelling representation of the homes (Exterior and Interior)
• Manage workflow including photo editing, layering and uploading
• Evaluate homes photography and other digital assets for quality and adherence to our standards

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ year's experience in photo editing
• Must be proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Understanding of professional photography production processes
• Experience with real estate or architectural photography
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to listen
• Experience in the vacation rental industry, hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing is a strong plus

The Operations Supervisor must be a fast learner, tech-savvy, problem solver, with a photographer's eye, independent worker, focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
