The Africa Bureau Security Manager (ABSM) contributes to AHF by being responsible for protecting the company’s assets and ensuring the safety of its staff in the Africa Bureau. In this role, you will leverage your training in safety and security to implement strategies and programs that protect our personnel and assets within the Bureau. You will have full responsibility for implementing both proven and creative employee security and safety measures. Through a strong professional presence, the Africa Bureau Security Manager will effectively communicate with the key leaders in the Bureau to build relationships based on performance and trust.

The Africa Bureau Security Manager can improve the work environment for employees and patients by proactively providing solutions that keep them safe and respond to situations where they are at risk. Additionally, the ABSM will establish and maintain working relationships with law enforcement and internal teams to ensure cooperative partnerships help to advance the AHF mission. Finally, he or she will provide information to the Global Safety and Security Department about ideas and methods to mitigate or reduce risks to our staff and customers.
