JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Food and Beverage Service and sales from a recognized institution
• 5 years experience in the same position in a 4 Star hotel
• Ability to supervise, motivate and provide leadership
• Must be conversant with food and beverage cost control and accountability
• Ability to handle customers complaints
• Between 30 years to 40 years of age
• Ability to work under pressure & long hours.
