Medical Officer at Our Lady of Lourdes Mutomo Hospital

Reports to: Head of Clinical Services

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and quality clinical services to patients
• Diagnose and initiate appropriate treatment for the clients
• In collaboration with the clinical team receive and attend to patients who require emergency services
• Train and mentor clinical officers, to promote their professional growth.
• Participate in all hospital clinical programs
• Any other duties in your scope assigned by the Senior Medical Officer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
• Registered by Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board
• 2 years post qualification experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
