    Scientific Coomunications Manager

    IQVIA is looking for an experienced Scientific Communications Manager based in Kenya. (Animal Healthportfolio). Preferebly a Veterinary Doctor candicates.

    Ambition to become the refernece in health nuttition for animals ( Cats and dogs) through this our client can improve the lives of cats and dogs through science-based nutrition, innovation and individualisation.

    Job responsibilities:

    •   Develop & Deploy the local Scientific Communication prioritiees (perimeter country /hub).
    •  Develop/adapt & translate all scientific communication material & training modules for the local market.
    • Develop & present technical/product/nutritional presentatios to key internal & external stakeholders to disseminate infroamtion regarding the company, products & pet nutrition.
    • Provide technical/product support to key areas of the business including Consumer Care, Regularoty Affairs & Marketing/Sales/Digital tems.
    • Provide relevant scinetifica and technical insights in potential local crisis management.

    Experience:

    •  Excellent communication and presentation skills (Oral & Written).
    • Excellent PC Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc).
    •  Ability to work alone without close supervision but also to function very well as a team player.
    • Ability to capture & leverage knowlwdge.
    • Planning and prioritiy setting.
    • Ability to deal with pressure and retain composure.
    • Evidence of external veterinary and scientific network desirable.

    Education:

    • In clinic experience (preferably 2+ years) as a vet practitioner.
    • Veterinary/Scinetific knowledge and experience is important.
    • Doctor in Veterinary Medicine, Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent).
