Program Design Consultant at I Choose Life

We are seeking a program design consultant to guide the development of our technical design and complete a draft of the technical proposal.

Qualifications:

• A broad understanding of social protection and social development strategies effective for OVC in the Kenyan context
• At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of social service programmes involving OVCs
• Ability to use research and evaluations to develop evidence based interventions
• At least a Master’s level degree in Social Sciences
• Training and Experience in Child protection
• Excellent writing and presentation skills

Desired skills

• Experience and understanding of prevailing context in Kenya
• Skills in developing work-plans and budget.
• Experience developing and implementing USG funded programs
