We are working with an organisation in Kenya who are looking for candidates who can bring fresh thinking to their team. They are one of the most well respected independent consultancies in the country and are looking for someone with a background in quant/ social media or communities or a similar background, to freshen up their offering.

They are aware that their research is maybe a touch traditional, as is their competitor's, so this is a way of getting ahead of the competition. You don't need much experience, they would prefer a fresh way of thinking with new ideas over anything else. Anyone with over 3/4 years experience with that entrepreneurial spirit would be great.

The agency are run by someone it is impossible not to like, down to earth, switched on and realistic, this is someone who will allow you to flourish in this role. They have a qual background and team for that so are able to offer full service, mixed methodology projects to clients but want to ensure they are futureproofing that offer.

In terms of experience, it's genuinely very broad. You'll need 4+ years probably and the confidence to bring your own ideas. The ideal candidate will have new ways of thinking, automating processes or ideas of how to modernise the business but be digitally native and understand new ways of reaching hard to reach consumers.
