Arklinn Offices - We have serviced offices located on Kindaruma road, off Ngong road in Nairobi. We have exclusive offices, open plan offices(shared) and virtual offices.
We are looking to fill in a temporary receptionist position at our office.
The ideal employee will be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary administrative, technical skills, experience and competence to immediately add value to the work of the Company, Team and Clients and to ensure the timely delivery of delegated tasks and quality services under MINIMAL supervision only.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- To serve as the go-to person for office inquiries and conflicts, and referring as required, if needed.
- Assist in the preparation of the office expenses and organising for purchases as required.
- To perform reception and client support duties and support them, and the company team in the delivery of a professional service.
- To provide secretarial and administrative support, writing memorandums, proposals, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the Company as may be required.
- To monitor general office operations and ensuring its effective running and reporting to relevant authorities as needed.
- To oversee that maintenance of all property is well maintained and servicing performed as and when needed for all equipment in the office.
- To perform such other duties, appropriate to the role, as may be required by the Managing Director or the company from time to time.
