    Team Lead- Machine Learning

    In preparation for DDD’s next phase of growth, we are searching for an entrepreneurial, hyper-focused Team Lead for our Machine Learning Projects. The Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all ML project’s resources and deliveries. The Project Team Lead translates client expectations to associates and develops trainings to ensure client expectations are adhered to. The team lead ensures productivity and accuracy of delivery.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own the performance of projects
    • Understanding the tasks/tools and client expectations for productivity and accuracy
    • Design and deliver training to the ML Team
    • Provides project and people management of assigned ML project or tasks
    • Develops and manages projects to track the onboarding of new ML Associates and projects.
    • Track project status on daily basis and work towards meeting customer expectations on quality and schedules
    • Setting expectations around productivity and accuracy
    • Plans and recommends to client on workload, workflows, schedules etc
    • Coordinates development of deliverables and products
    • Ensures quality assurance of ML project deliverables

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of Project management experience in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Learning (computer vision, NLP, data preparation, data labeling) organization
    • Experience in training and developing training programs.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
    • Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
    • Great people management skill
    • Other Skills that will help (Usage of Helpdesk Asana,Slack, JIRA, Trello, Incident Management, documentations)
    • Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Demonstrated time management, organizational skills, detail oriented and a strong commitment to personal integrity and organizational accountability
    • Proven ability to work in an international team, and build trusting relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
    • Demonstrated productivity enhancement skills and comfortable with software collaboration tools.
    • Excellent communication skills including an ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing or verbally.
