    Service Level Manager

    Job responsibilties:

    To manage the relationship with suppliers/vendors to ensure that the NgNOC gets value for money. Additionally, to proactively manage the relationship with Wholesale customers.

    • On call support to Field Operations.
    • Engagement of External Managed Service Providers for trouble resolution.
    • Critical/Major Incident Follow Up.
    • Incident Analysis, Notification and Update

    Requirements:

      1. At least 3 years experience in Service Level Management based on the above requirements 
      2. B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
      3. Other training requirements:
      4. - ITIL V3 certification
        - ICDL Certification

    Role is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Relocation will not be considered.
