BDS Trainer/ Coaches at Centum Learning Ltd

Job Description:

• Undertake training Needs assessments and reporting
• Undertake business trainings to clients as per organization curriculum
• Prepare Pre and Post training Reports as per company requirements
• Create and follow a monthly training plan/work plan with clear tasks and timelines 
• Track and report on clients learning journey and impact indicators such as jobs created etc
• Track and report on the value and number of loans disbursed to clients Undertake assessments on training effectiveness
• Support trainee queries through a digital learning platform on subject trained and on digital content related to subject
• Support with Content design and raw content
• Provide feedback from clients and stakeholders for company to take corrective action
• Undertake any other activities assigned by company in relation to the role 

Ideal Candidate:

• A business-related degree or its equivalent from a recognized university. 
• Must have: Candidate must fully understand Training Needs Assessment process, Training Plans, budgets/costs, designing training content 
• Experience in financing and related fields within the FSBI sector.
• Experience training micro, small and medium enterprises on access to credit and loan repayment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Desired qualification:

• Certificate on SIYB or any other recognized SME training approach
