Primary Class Teacher (International Curriculum) at Kivukoni School

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dynamic and experienced Primary Class Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing students’ learning activities in accordance with the International curriculum. They will create lesson plans, manage classroom environments and meet their diverse needs in creative, progressive and effective ways. The role also involves liaising with parents, attending staff meetings, and contributing to the school’s rich array of community and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Min 4 years Experience in teaching the International Primary Curriculum
• Progressive Teaching and Educational skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and busy environment
• Passion for Environmental education is an advantage
• Creativity in approach is essential
• Sense of humour is also essential!
