Head of Department -School of Nursing at The Nairobi Hospital

Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for leading, managing and developing the School of Nursing, to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in nursing education and compliance to the required regulatory requirements.

• In addition, this position has responsibility for business growth as well as teaching and mentoring of students.
• Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferably in a hospital setting plus 3 years work experience in a similar position.
• Possession of a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
  
• The successful candidate must have a liking for and understanding of young people and should be firm and able to demonstrate good sense.
