Detailed Description
Deliver onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary for efficiency and customer satisfaction. 2. Coordinate proper utilization of company property to guard against wastage, misuse and damage, while ensuring that all flight documentation is handled correctly. 3. Implement safety and security standards to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight. 4. Carry out FA performance appraisals while offering constructive feedback to motivate and improve performance. 5. Carry out duty free sales to maximise profits on board 6. Manage crew and cabin appearance standards to ensure compliance with company set standards
