Job Summary

Our IT specialist is going on paternity leave and we need someone to cover him while he is away. The job involves fielding calls from our medical centres to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues. You should feel very comfortable in a Help Desk role and provide excellent service to our staff members.

Requirements

• Must have solid knowledge of networking: Effectively triage common network problems.
• Must have at least one year experience troubleshooting basic hardware, operating system, and software problems for users
• Must have knowledge/experience in maintaining hardware in excellent condition
• Fluent in English & Swahili with exceptional communication skills

Package

Pay is a guaranteed 3-month contract, with salary depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours

You will be on-call for all IT problems during our opening hours.

Where is the position?

Nairobi, Kenya. Our office is on Lusaka Rd (near Nyayo roundabout) in Simco Plaza, 4th floor. You will frequently travel to Umoja, Embakasi, Kahawa West, Zimmerman, and Githurai 45.
