    Fleet Asset Administrator

    Job description

    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

    The Fleet Asset Administrator supervises the purchase, transfer and disposal of the vehicle assets in the Anglophone Africa region. S/he supervises the organisation and logistics of the Fleet trainings which take place in Kenya.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Control and compare the number of vehicles registered in Fleetwave versus the quantity indicated in the yearly budget and liaise with the Anglophone Africa Delegations(AFENG) in case of discrepancies;
    • In coordination with the Regional Vehicle Fleet Manager, supervise, liaise with the delegations and follow up on the sale/donation of AFENG vehicles and ensure proper green light is given at each stage;
    • Control and compare all data registered in the sale certificate/agreement, donation certificate/agreement versus Fleetwave data and green light;
    • Centralize the transfer/sale/donation requests from AFENG delegations and keep Fleetwave updated at all times;
    • Control the consistency in Fleetwave data entries related to vehicles for AFENG delegations;
    • Coordinate and supervise the organisation of AFENG trainings in Kenya;
    • Generate reports on trainees, curriculum courses done and completed from Fleet wave and share the same with the person in charge of AFENG delegations and Logistic_Fleet Geneva;

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Holder of a Degree in Education, Supply chain management or equivalent;
    • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. French is an asset;
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar field;
    • Advanced computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Experience in Fleet management programs is an asset;
    • Thorough understanding of auction principles and regulations;
    • Must be a Kenyan Citizen;
