Business Project Manager at Pezesha

Key Roles and responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the CEO in project planning and ensuring ownership of projects across all internal teams.
• Ensure project goals are aligned with the overall strategy and business needs
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and aligning communication and action plans across the various teams
• Distribute the information related to the project and inform the project team members and stakeholders about the development/progress of the project
• Work with Business Development teams and leads in ensuring smooth on boarding process for new projects/portfolios
• Assist with project proposals and drafting the relevant documentation
• Represent the company in requirement and business development meetings by defining scope of development and implementation plan
• Provide solutions and effective ways to deliver on tasks and milestones across various teams
• Conduct market research and understand the risks associated with various projects and general business operations
• SCRUM master: Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.
• Manage the administrative functions of projects and as assigned by the CEO
• Closing the feedback look internally and externally with stakeholders
• Responsible for managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders
• Responsible for establishing and managing the relationship with vendors.

Qualifications/experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in fast paced work environment as a senior leader/product manager/Project manager
• Degree in Business or Project management professional
• Excellent communication and business skills
• Willingness to go an extra mile to manage chaos and expectations
• Firm in their decision with high levels of integrity and emotional intelligence
• Added advantage: technical skills, data skills, Fintech background
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Strong relationship management, leadership analytical and organizational skills
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
• Strong expertise using data to synthesize information and make decisions.
• Experience using agile development methodologies and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company.
• Ability to provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently.
