Development of Growth strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
Lead a Growth Pod with team members from marketing, data, UX and engineering.
Maintaining an excellent understanding of our users and prospective users.
Perform analytics and leverage existing analytical tools to improve decision making and customer strategy development for key stakeholders across Sendy Brand.
Proactively identify opportunities to evolve the customer data and analytics roadmap based on needs of key stakeholders.
Plan and share roadmap items on a quarterly basis with the product team.
Measure, analyze and report on the results of these efforts to inform future growth strategies and product development
Bring new ideas to the table and challenge teams to innovate
Optimize channels and create viral growth.
Scale and Automate the growth processes
A/B test ideas at fast speed
Provide strong leadership to ensure agreed strategies and goals are communicated and effectively implemented.
Ensure transparent communication with all Growth Stakeholder and partners.
Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Marketing, Senior Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
Minimum three years’ experience in product, marketing, data or growth hack.
Proven ability in data analytics & visualization.
A/B testing and basic statistics
Skilled in digital marketing
Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other growth hacking tools.
Strong creativity skills and idea generation.
High-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
Strong Leadership skills.
Must be a self-starter and highly organized.
Excellent communications skills
Good project management skills.

Data-driven – clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
