    S&OP Manager

    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring right product allocation to the BIU’s to enable product availability and therefore Africa market revenue figures. While providing data and statistics to trigger potential sales gaps and action plans.

    You are responsible for

    • The Market demand forecast by collecting the baseline data and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customer Demand Planners, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
    • Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process
    • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results
    • Drive customer collaborative planning and forecasting for relevant customer planning groups 
    • Lead the monthly S&OP process with the BIU's, allocating required Market capacity.

    Sales & Inventory monitoring

    • Review short term demand plans, follow-up on their execution with customer demand planning to align forecast with order book and short term outlook
    • Monitor inventory levels

    Process improvement

    • Continuously improve market's demand planning process by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and liaising with central planning teams and maintaining & reviewing of the demand planning policies.

    You are a part of

    the Africa team within Supply Chain, located in any local organization of Africa

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • University or Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
    • Basic statistical forecasting skills and advanced analytical skills
    • Ability to analyze and process business information
    • Advanced technical skills in Excel
    • Worked with Salesforce
    • Stakeholder management skills
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
