    Site Manager

    • Ideal candidates should have a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field 
    • Previous experience in construction or project management is crucial. 
    • Ideal candidates must demonstrate a proven track record
    • Ideal candidates must possess a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project planning. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management is crucial 
    • Effective communication is essential for coordinating with team members, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders candidates must be able to articulate ideas clearly and facilitate collaboration.
    • Ideal candidates must possess leadership skills and ideal able to lead and inspire a team.  Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks, and handle the challenges that may arise during a project.
    • Must possess organizational skills in managing multiple aspects of a construction project with excellent organizational abilities.  candidates must be able to effectively plan, prioritize, and coordinate various tasks.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Construction projects often encounter unexpected issues. Ideal candidates should be adept at identifying problems and implementing practical solutions to keep the project on track.
    • Ideal candidates must possess time management skills meeting project deadlines is crucial. ability to create and adhere to schedules, ensuring that the project progresses according to plan.
    • Must possess budget management experience in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and making informed financial decisions 
    • Ideal candidates must be dynamic flexible and able to adapt to evolving situations to ensure project success.
    • He must be safety conscious and able to emphasize and prioritize safety on construction sites. Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to creating a secure work environment is essential.
    • The ideal candidate must have client Relationship Management able to effectively manage client relationships, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
