Position requirements

• Diploma in Supplies Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• Should demonstrate high level of compassion, integrity, commitment, professionalism, stewardship and God-fearing.
• Good conduct certificate.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive goods from suppliers as per LPOs.
• Issue items from stores as per the requests from user departments.
• Forward invoices to Finance with proper documentation.
• Maintain re-order levels for all the stock items.
• Ensure appropriate safety standards are maintained in the stores.
