JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive/ Credit Controller to join our collection team. He/she will build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collection of cheques as per your allocated list.
• Timely Dispatch of invoices and statements at the beginning of the month
• Responsible for proper accounting for cheques and cash collected plus preparing a daily report for then client visited.
• Sorting out client’s invoices, statements, and credit notes and putting them in envelopes for posting and delivery.
• Prepare daily collection plan and hand over daily collection report the following morning.
• Following up on client payment date through telephone calls or visitation.
• Reconciliation of client accounts in cases of dispute.
• Follow-up on clients who are unable to pay and take relevant action plus a collection of outstanding dues.
• Ensure aging balances do not move categories towards 180days.
• Timely resolution of customer issues and escalation of any issues outside job scope and follow through to ensure closure
• Proactively act and follow up on assigned customer requests/complaints to closure and keep customers updated on the status.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Create trust relationships with clients when possible to avoid future issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
• 3+ years experience in a direct customer contact, service, collections or sales environment.
• Previous Credit Collection experience
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of office and accounting software.
• Knowledge in accounts Reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

We are looking for a  Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. He/she will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery and Expansion of Market Share, Improvement, and Maintenance of Company Image.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source for new guarding and electronic systems clients as per the monthly targets.
• Source for extra business from existing clients as per the monthly targets.
• Conduct security surveys for new and existing clients and prepare and deliver to the client the survey reports within the stipulated timeframe.

• Follow-up on all quotations and given and submit weekly reports.

• Ensure that service contracts are signed before the commencement of the service.
• Collection of all relevant fees from the client as per the contract terms.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Carry out regular visits to clients to monitor Customer Satisfaction.
• Undertake customer opinion surveys in respect to sales.
• Organize sales exhibitions and promotions.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies

• A university degree in Sales and marketing or business studies is preferred
• Must have (3) years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
• Presentable with good communication skills
• Able to persuade and close sales
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Self-Motivated and experienced in developing pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Trainer who will ensure effective and efficient training of guards, Supervisors, Radio Controllers, Drivers, MRT Crews as well coordinate the logistical requirements of training and also take part in NITA registrations on behalf of the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce annual schedules and plans of how every all-uniformed staff within the company will complete their company required training i.e., Refresher training, Health, and Safety, Medical, etc.
• The Chief Trainer is to spot-check all PDBs (Personnel Development Books) to ensure the training schedule timelines are being adhered to as well as ensuring the data is captured on the company training database.
• Review and oversee the issuing of all training documentation ensuring we are using current and relevant material in our training.
• Design and implement the manning schedules including leave within the Training Department.
• Design and implement the lesson manning schedules covering which classrooms and instructors will be assigned to each lesson. Each instructor should be given a minimum of seven days’ notice with regards to lessons and topics they will be expected to teach, this will ensure lesson plans are produced and presented to the Training Manager 48 hours before each lesson is set to begin.
• Ensure all lesson plans are reviewed and assessed ensuring the correct level of teaching is being given. The training manager is to ensure training plans and courses are constantly reviewed and updated when required to ensure the company is setting the training standards across Kenya.
• Receive and review Tasking’s given by the Head of Operations.
• Ensure the correct level and standard of equipment, uniform and PPE is issued and used by the company employees during training.
• Where required is to liaise with outside agencies who will assist with training i.e., facilities managers, other training providers, catering, etc.
• Produce predicted yearly budgets and present them to the Head of Operations.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Security Guard Training; Associate Degree
• Over (5) years experience in Security Guard Training
• Ability to oversee compliance to established company/legal & regulatory standards on security training, health and safety
• Ability to oversee (if required) in the investigation of incidents and prepare reports within the stipulated timelines
• Budget preparation for the training program
• A training professional with a proven track record in the training and security arena.
• A sound working knowledge of security best practices and legislation affecting the security role.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a “hands-on”, problem-solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents, pro-active and self-motivated.
