    Sales Consultant

    • The Sales Consultant is responsible for offering fiber optic solutions to enterprises through identifying and cultivating new business opportunities of potential customers who would benefit from fiber optic solutions with the aim of presenting them with a compelling value proposition in collaboration with the technical team. 
    • The job holder will play a key role in building and nurturing customer relationships, while ensuring a high level of customer centric approach supported with the necessary technical expertise
    • This will involve cold calling prospects; identifying potential customer’s needs and offering appropriate fiber optic solutions; coordinating with the technical team for presentations and quotations and ensure seamless customer experience; regular follow ups with customer to convert into a sale including setting up meetings to discuss the proposed solution.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
    • At least three (3) years’ experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meets monthly sales targets
    • Good technical knowledge of fiber optics solutions
    • Updated on industry trends and emerging technology in the fiber optics industry

    Lead Generation

    POSITION SUMMARY

    • The job holder will be responsible for generating leads by supporting Sales in building a sales pipeline through conducting consumer research, identifying leads, contacting and qualifying the leads, maintaining an updated lead generation database on CRM.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
    • At least one (1) years’ experience in sales and/or lead generation role
    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional call calling and rapport building skills
    • Good research skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meets targets
    • Good technical knowledge of fiber optics solutions

    Senior Sales Consultant (Fiber Optic Solutions)

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Consultant with expertise in Fiber Optic Solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and in-depth knowledge of fiber optic technology, who can drive B2B sales and support business growth.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
    • At least three (3) years of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet business needs
    • Solid technical understanding of fiber optic solutions, products, and installation processes
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in fiber optics
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create strategic sales plans
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales and managing customer information
