OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role is responsible for independently identifying internal control risk in processes and systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs general and application control reviews - computer information systems.
• Performs information control reviews to include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, communication controls, backup and disaster recovery, and system maintenance.
• Directs and/or performs reviews of internal control procedures and security for systems under development and/or enhancements to current systems.
• Executing risk based internal audits in accordance with the approved audit plan to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of established internal controls and procedures;
• Conducting follow up audits and monitoring the timely implementation of the management actions agreed in the audit reports;
• Conducting Ad-Hoc investigations and reviews as requested by senior management or finance and audit committee;
• Identifying key areas of risk within the Group;
• Coordinates and interacts with external auditors, administrators, staff and law enforcement officials as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and professional qualifications in either ACCA or CPA plus CISA qualification.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems auditing or Information Technology.

SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

• Information Technology audit skills including ability to evaluate security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. (Skills to audit Information Technology architecture and infrastructure is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in personal computing, network environments and enterprise resource planning application.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
• Audit proficiency must be demonstrated which conforms to professional auditing standards
• Hands On-Experience in ACL GRC (Audit Management & Analytics) will be an added advantage.

Reporting to Business Systems Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

SAP BASIS and general systems administration for other platforms. Projects management and business support tasks

Key Accountabilities

• SAP BASIS Administration for the core SAP ERP landscape
• Management and administration of all integrated applications and processes within the SAP landscape
• Management and administration of all core database systems and applications to ensure availability, performance and security
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues and malfunctions in core business systems and processes
• Prepare annual systems budgets and resources growth plans
• Rollout of ICT projects and business solutions, including gathering and documenting
• business requirements, evaluation and identification of suitable business solutions, working with internal and external project teams during solution implementation, provision of post-go-live support
• Coordinate, execute and documents systems change requests within the SAP landscape and all core database and business solutions
• Create and maintain business process documentations for all core business systems
• Provide end user support as per ICT’s Service Level Agreement

Reporting to Service and Infrastructure Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Management and administration of the entire corporate network, communication and audio-visual infrastructure, and network security.

Key Accountabilities

• Administer and maintain service availability of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, IP telephony, Internet connectivity, Audio Visual equipment as per the stipulated SLA
• Perform day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of the Network and Security infrastructure
• Perform Vulnerability Assessment and penetration tests on the network infrastructure and other information systems and prepare high level and technical detailed reports
• Work with service desk to ensure 2nd level and 3rd Level tickets are resolved within the stipulated SLA
• Ensuring preventive maintenance and software updates of active network and Security systems is carried out as per the policy
