    Project Planner

    Project Scheduler Responsibilities:

    • Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice,
    • Allocate resources based on project timelines,
    • Set short- and long-term project goals for project teams,
    • Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate reports,
    • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports,
    • Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date,
    • Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimise their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects,
    • Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans,

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering or in a related field.
    • A minimum of five years’ experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
    • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera and MS Projects.
    • Extensive experience in schedule planning and management.
    • In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
    • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
    • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
    • Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.

    Infrastructure Supervisor

    Supervise the following construction activities;

    • Internal road,
    • Sewer line,
    • Storm water,
    • Reticulation,
    • Electrical,
    • Small service buildings,
    • Landscaping,
    • Any other tasks assigned by management.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for your team’s safety and others affected by your work’s scope on a day to day basis!!!
    • Provide full time HANDS-ON site supervision,
    • Effectively allocate labor, equipment, materials and artisans to maximise productivity, safety and to minimise deficiencies.
    • Effectively understand project schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time.
    • Communicate scope of work requirements to artisans, review production, quality and ensure implementation.
    • Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each project ensuring no overruns.
    • Correspond with the project manager team regarding all adjustments as required, ensuring any materials are ordered in advance in order to meet deadlines.
    • Conduct daily tool box talks for your team.
    • Resolve day to day field personnel issues.

    Key Attributes

    Should possess at least a diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction management and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Finishing Supervisor

    Key responsibilities include:

    Gypsum Ceiling Finishes:

    • Supervise the installation of sophisticated gypsum ceiling finishes, ensuring precision and adherence to design aesthetics.
    • Collaborate with craftsmen to achieve flawless results, meeting the project’s exacting standards.

    Granite Kitchen Counters:

    • Oversee the installation of opulent granite kitchen counters, ensuring precise measurements and flawless integration with cabinetry.
    • Coordinate with contractors to ensure the highest quality in granite countertop fabrication and installation.

    SPC Flooring:

    • Manage the installation of SPC flooring, overseeing the process to meet design specifications and maintain superior quality.
    • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in the fitting and finishing of SPC flooring materials.

    Staircase with Timber Railing:

    • Supervise the construction and installation of a staircase, complete with timber railing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
    • Monitor the craftsmanship of timber railing installation for both safety and high-end design standards.

    Painting Works:

    • Coordinate and oversee the application of paint finishes, ensuring alignment with project color schemes and design requirements.
    • Monitor the use of top-tier paints and techniques to achieve an exquisite finish on various surfaces.

    Aluminium Windows and Doors:

    • Manage the installation of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring accurate measurements, proper sealing, and impeccable alignment.
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders to secure timely delivery of high-quality aluminium materials.

    Plumbing Fixtures:

    • Supervise the installation of wall-hung toilets, shower glass enclosures, bathtubs, and steam shower baths, ensuring precise placement and adherence to plumbing standards.
    • Collaborate with plumbing contractors to guarantee both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

    Cabinetry and Wardrobes:

    • Oversee the installation of high-end kitchen cabinets, walk-in closets, and built-in wardrobes, ensuring precision and alignment with design plans.
    • Coordinate with carpenters and craftsmen to achieve bespoke, premium finishes.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 10 years experience as a construction finishing supervisor. 
    • Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury construction industry, preferably in high-end residential projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of premium finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
    • Strong people skills, ability to motivate teams towards set goals and objectives
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors concurrently.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of finishing quality.
    • Continuous improvement attitude.
    • To act with integrity and honesty at all times.
    • Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules while maintaining safety and profitability.
    • Work within the project framework and adhere to all Company guidelines and policies.

    Site Resource Controller

    Responsibilities:

    • Measuring, collecting, analysing and representing all construction related data to manpower, materials and resources usage,
    • Coordinate with all site supervisors to ensure accountability for all resources,
    • Computes quantities of material required to complete a job,
    • Assisting the Project Coordinator,
    • Assisting in Updating and maintaining all construction related inputs to the company ERP,
    • Providing administrative support as needed,
    • Undertaking project tasks as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Degree in construction management or quantity surveying from a reputable institution of higher learning, 
    • Well-organised,
    • Advance spreadsheet programme skills,
    • High proficiency in MS projects and/or primavera,
    • Detail-Oriented,
    • Able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills,
    • Have good time-management skills,.Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot potential problems,
