    Stationary / Line Concrete Pump Operator

    Job Purpose

    To operate stationary concrete pumps and manage concrete delivery through fixed pipeline systems, ensuring smooth, continuous, and safe concrete placement according to project specifications.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Operate stationary/line concrete pumps on construction sites
    • Install, secure, anchor, and dismantle concrete pipelines
    • Monitor pumping pressure and concrete flow to prevent blockages
    • Clean pipelines and pumping equipment after each pour
    • Work under direct supervision of site engineers and supervisors
    • Assist in continuous or mass concrete pours
    • Follow approved method statements and site procedures
    • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
    • Support minor equipment inspections and basic maintenance activities
    • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations

    Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

    • Certified Stationary Concrete Pump Operator
    • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience operating stationary/line pumps
    • Practical experience with pipeline installation, anchoring, and cleaning
    • Understanding of concrete mix behavior and pumping pressures
    • Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline
    • Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team

    Scaffolder

    To safely erect, modify, and dismantle complex scaffolding systems in accordance with approved designs, engineering standards, and health & safety regulations to ensure safe access and work platforms for construction and industrial activities.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Erect, modify, and dismantle complex and heavy-duty scaffolding structures in line with approved drawings and safety standards
    • Interpret scaffolding drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications
    • Inspect scaffolding materials and completed structures to ensure structural integrity, stability, and compliance
    • Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, platforms, and other required safety components
    • Ensure proper anchoring, bracing, tying-in, and stabilization of scaffolding systems
    • Conduct routine maintenance, safety inspections, and risk assessments
    • Identify hazards and implement corrective measures in line with HSE guidelines
    • Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient work execution
    • Ensure scaffolding is tagged and certified safe for use before handover
    • Maintain high housekeeping standards and proper storage of scaffolding materials
    • Report unsafe conditions, damaged components, or non-compliance issues immediately
    • Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Valid Scaffolder Level 3 or Level 4 Certification from a recognized training and certification body
    • Minimum 2+ years of practical scaffolding experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects
    • Demonstrated experience in erecting complex and heavy-duty scaffolding systems
    • Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and working-at-height requirements
    • Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and technical documentation
    • High level of safety awareness, discipline, and reliability

    Mobile Concrete Pump Operator (Boom / Line Pump)

    To safely operate truck-mounted (mobile) concrete pumps to deliver and place concrete accurately on construction sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance with site and HSE requirements.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Operate mobile concrete pump trucks (boom and/or line pumps) during concrete pours
    • Safely position, stabilize, and set up pumping equipment on-site
    • Inspect equipment before, during, and after operations to ensure proper functionality
    • Calibrate pumps and monitor pumping pressure and concrete flow
    • Coordinate closely with site engineers, supervisors, and pouring teams
    • Follow pour plans, site instructions, and safety guidelines
    • Identify and report mechanical issues; perform basic troubleshooting where applicable
    • Maintain cleanliness of the pump, boom, pipelines, and work area after operations
    • Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
    • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
    • Record operational logs and report any incidents or near-misses

    Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

    • Valid Heavy Equipment / Concrete Pump Operator Certificate (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience operating mobile concrete pumps
    • Valid heavy vehicle driving licence (where applicable)
    • Demonstrated experience working on active construction sites
    • Strong knowledge of concrete pump setup, calibration, and safe operation
    • Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying minor faults
    • Clear understanding of construction site safety rules and HSE procedures
