    Job Description: 

    • Planning, organizing and coordinating all nursing and allied activities in the Inpatient and Outpatient services to ensure delivery high standard of nursing care in line with the hospital’s policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    Credit Officer

    Job Description: 

    Reporting to the Head of Credit, this position is responsible for supervision of the claims management processes while ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of invoices including tracking and accounting for all invoices and dispatch , liaising with providers to ensure timely response and resolution to all queries , training users on requirements, day to day supervision of credit officers at the hospital level and management of cash patients.

    Qualifications: 

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in credit management with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Understanding the healthcare insurance business is a must

    Key Competencies: 

    • The successful candidate must have knowledge of medical claims processes, requirements and standards, Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving and critical thinking skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
