    Site Quality Operator

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    This Site (Factory / Sourcing Unit) Quality role contributes to quality assurance / quality control by executing required testing and monitoring and recording results and information in designated secure systems and by complying with all Unilever requirements and specifications.

    Reports through Site Quality Leader to Site Leader

    JOB SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of the role is dependent on site scale factors including # consumer units, # packing lines, site headcount - # FTE, direct responsibility staff # FTE, and site complexity factors such as # technologies, # SKU, % production direct-shipped to customer.
    • Enters quality data and information to designated system where test results, audit findings and other data are securely stored and preserve.
    • Monitors fill control for label weight / volume declarations and records related quality data in designated system.
    • Performs procedures and documents results of checks and verifications that are required as part of site-wide program of calibration and maintenance of inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
    • Complies with all good laboratory practices, UL requirements and testing methods, and applicable government / authority regulations.
    • Complies with site in-take program for materials and packaging and documents results / information as required in designation system.
    • Complies with requirements regarding use of SAP QM and Unilever specifications including use of InterSpec system.
    • Supports operational KPIs reporting by analyzing data and assigning into standard Quality loss trees.
    • Uses required IT systems, practices, loss trees and improvement tools used to reduce / eliminate quality losses as directed.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    Professional Skills:

    ESSENTIAL:

    • Diploma in Analytical Chemistry / technical discipline or general sciences

    PREFERRED:

    • Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science or Microbiology

    Experience Required:

    ESSENTIAL:

    • 1 - 3 years experience in Quality or Manufacturing

    PREFERRED / DESIRABLE:

    • Manufacturing experience

    CD Officer

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    Responsible for managing distributors profitability within a defined territory to achieve sales and coverage targets.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Determine infrastructural requirement of a distributor for a particular territory including working capital required.
    • Determine and prepare distributor sales and KPI targets using the Joint Business Plan toolkit.
    • Ensure that working capital is effectively managed by constantly monitoring stocks, debtors and cash positions to meet the right norms.
    • Build excellent relationships at KD and at POP level   
    • Set up the distributor team by recruiting the right skills, right numbers and training through field coaching to deliver assigned targets.

    • Building capability of distributor sales team through full day sales accompaniment and field coaching.
    • Submission of weekly and monthly reports – weekly sales report, ROI and profitability report, working capital analysis report and safety reports.

    Planning Excellence Manager, EA

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    The person executing this role will be responsible to oversee and manage planning excellence and master data to meet improve business operations by improved processes & technology. This role has the overall responsibility for landing end-to-end planning - identifying business needs and deploying plans to deliver improved service, cost, system hygiene and cash delivery.

    This person will also be responsible for establishing planning parameters and maintaining governance of established processes. They also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how information technology and best practices can support the organization’s needs.

    This role also covers the overall governance, operations and improvement of Master Data covering pricing, customer, product, and vendor. This should all in line with the control’s framework of the business.

    JOB SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Main Responsibility:

    • Understand and identify improvement for optimization of cash, cost, and service delivery.
    • Interface with global excellence team to identify best practices for optimization of cash, cost, and service delivery.
    • Lead and roll out end to end proposed planning optimization for operation planning teams. Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
    • Support the SC planning team to land planning transformation project from systems, process, and people ways of working.
    • Assist to do acceptance testing for new systems, new process, and new initiatives with the planning teams L1 and L2
    • Assist with creation of training documentation for all new initiatives/process with the planning teams L1 and L2
    • Assist with execution of training and roll out with the planning teams L1 and L2
    • Assist with intensive care post go-live for new systems, new process, and new initiatives with the planning teams L1 and L2
    • Ensure relevant process documentation is updated and centrally stored.
    • Upskilling, onboarding, and training L1 planners as means of continuous improvement to ensure discipline and accurate/efficient ways of working.

    • Identify cost reduction plan from global best practice and flag any reduction opportunities with the market and hub team.
