    Deputy Head of Academics (Whole School)

    Qualifications

    • We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Academics to provide strategic and instructional leadership across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and A Level. Reporting to the Principal and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role focuses on driving academic excellence, curriculum coherence and outstanding student outcomes.
    • The successful candidate will lead whole-school curriculum design, assessment and quality assurance aligned to EYFS, Cambridge Primary, IGCSE, A Levels and BTEC pathways, while championing high-impact teaching, data-informed practice and continuous professional development.
    • The appointed candidate will take up the role in August 2026, supporting a smooth transition and contributing to the school's strategic academic priorities for the new academic year.

    Deputy Head (Pastoral) - Whole School

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head (Pastoral) to lead all pastoral systems across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and A Level.
